No, this is not a solar light string, it needs to be plugged in to use.

Why don't my string lights connect to WiFi?

1. Ensure the controller is within wifi coverage.
2. Near your phone to the controller when first connection.
3. Ensure the wifi name and password entered are correct(case sensitive).
4. lf "AUTO Mode" don't work, please try "AP Mode" to connect.

Trying to control the lights on my camper, not with home WiFi. Is that possible?

1. The smart string light can be directly plugged in and used, by passing the adapter.
2. Use a mobile phone to open a hotspot as wifi, and then use another mobile phone to connect the hotspot and XMCOSY APP.

How do I control two separate smart light strings at the same time with the app?

1. End-to-end connect the 2 strings together sharing 1 smart controller. Connect up to 100 bulbs with one smart controller.
2. Use the "Create Group" function after connecting two devices individually.
